At the Albert Halls on Sunday 30th August, the Veterans Open took place. A good turnout of fencers from across the UK came to take part, including Alan who traveled all the way from the USA and fenced as part of his holiday in Scotland!
The format for the day consisted of 2 rounds of poules for each weapon followed by DE. The venue was great and a great setting for the competition.
A huge thank you to everyone who made the Veterans Fencing Competition held over the weekend in Stirling. To the referees, DT, set up and set down team, everyone who came along and took part and the supporters as well.
